综掘工作面掘进机截割速度的分析与研究

摘要: 以煤矿地质条件、煤层性质为影响掘进效率的出发点,从掘进机和煤岩的受力情况进行分析,以EBZ-132型掘进机为例,结合线性回归分析法对收集到的实际数据进行T检验和F检验,得出最佳的割煤速度和时间。通过对掘进机安全高效的实际研究与应用,结果表明该研究对解决掘进作业效率低下的问题具有较高的理论和实践指导作用。

Abstract: In mechanized Excavation Faces of Coal and Rock cutting speed directly affects the efficiency of Tunneling, the safe operation of the driving machine is the fundamental to ensure the tunneling work. Taking coal mine geological conditions and coal seam characteristics as the starting point, the paper analyzes the stress situation of coal mining machine and coal body, taking the EBZ-132 type boring machine as an example, combined with linear regression analysis to carry out t test and F test, and get the best cutting speed and time; through the fault tree analysis of roadheader accident, the probability importance degree and structure importance and critical importance degree were analyzed and put forward reasonable measures.Through the practical research and application of the safety and efficiency of the driving machine, the results show that the method has a high theoretical and practical guidance to solve the problem of low efficiency.
